Arians: Mendenhall Will Be On The Field In Goal-Line Situations
Three years after Mike Tomlin ran Willie Parker until his wheels came off, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette reported on the coach's apparent leaning toward a more prudent approach with his current feature back.

Crabtree Doesn't Believe Another Quiet Summer Will Hurt Him
According to the Associated Press, Michael Crabtree's sore neck is much better, he insists he's ready to play after missing the entire preseason and the spat last week with teammate Vernon Davis is long since done.
